Every piece is made to last. If something isn't right, text me and we'll fix it — no forms, no fuss.

Day warranty

If a finding fails or the seal lifts within 60 days of normal wear, I'll repair or replace it free.

Day returns

Unworn and in its card? Exchange or refund within 30 days. One-of-a-kind pieces, returned as new.

Covered

  • Hooks, posts, or backs that fail in normal wear
  • Resin seal lifting or cracking on its own
  • Tarnish on gold-fill within 60 days
  • Anything that arrived damaged

Not covered

  • Drops, crushes, or being sat on
  • Sleeping or swimming in them repeatedly
  • Lost earrings (we all do it)
  • Normal softening of color after years of sun
How a return works

Send a photo and your order number to (385) 630-3116.

Step 2

Get a label

I'll send a prepaid return label, usually same day.

Step 3

Send it back

Drop it in the mail in its original card if you have it.

Step 4

Fixed or refunded

Repair, replacement, or refund within a few days of arrival.

How do I start a return or repair?

Text (385) 630-3116 with your order number and a quick photo. That's the whole process — I'll handle the rest.

Do I pay return shipping?

For warranty repairs and damaged arrivals, no — I cover it. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is on you.

Can I exchange for a different fruit?

Absolutely, within 30 days. Since each piece is one of a kind, we'll find the closest available match together.

What about custom pieces?

Custom and personalized work is repairable under the 60-day warranty but not returnable for refund. I'll always confirm details before I pour.
