Very pretty bracelet, really beautiful and does look realistic. Shipped quickly and packaged securely and nicely. Very happy with purchase. The only minor problem I have, is that it’s a little bit difficult to put on with the clasp. Overall, a very nice bracelet.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered 2 bracelets & she only sent 1. I reached out to her & asked if she could overnight the 2nd. She said no and she offered to refund both. I then asked her to keep the money, send the 2nd bracelet regularly, and just give me a discount on a necklace. I'm trying to be so nice and even give her more money/business after she made a mistake & she refused & then got mad & decided to only refund me for 1 bracelet instead! Make it make sense! 🤦♀️
