My necklace is GORGOUS!!! My necklace is lightweight, and demonstrares beautiful craftsmanship. There was a delay in the shipping of my necklace and Joanna reached out to me FIRST about her concerns about the delay. These were circumstances beyond HER control. She lovingly offered to make and ship ANOTHER Necklace at no cost to me! I assured her there was no rush since the item was for me and no special occasion. We chatted on Thursday and Friday, and the original item finally arrived in my mailbox that Monday. I can NOT stress the beauty and quality of this individual orchid!
