We have a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery as indicated by the shipping provider, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return packaging and shipping costs.

It is strongly advised to purchase either insurance or choose a shipping method that allows for carrier tracking in the even the shipping carrier loses your package. Lost returns will still be honored with insurance or valid tracking.

Exchange Policy

Product exchange may be requested within 30 days of date of delivery as indicated by the shipping carrier. Product exchange is limited to a 110% value of the original invoiced order.

Example: An original order costs $100.00 total paid, you could request product exchange for one or more product with a total invoice amount of $110.00

Refund Processing Times

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.
